Eric Pirooz

Founder & CEO/Head of Theatrical Division

Eric Pirooz began his career in the Entertainment Industry with a BA in Theatre Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles, signing commercially with Hugh Leon at Coast to Coast and booking his first national spot for Sprint, along with multiple student films, indie projects, and web series. In 2010, after a brief stint in New York, Eric returned to Los Angeles and transitioned into management. He gained experience through internships at Sanders Armstrong Caserta Management and Sovereign Talent Agency while working full-time in the restaurant industry. He later joined Innovative Artists, where he was promoted from the mailroom to working directly under the Senior VP and head of the VO Department within 60 days. Eric continued building his career at WOS Group Entertainment, where he advanced his skills in management and client placement, guiding talent from regional theater to recurring television roles. Building on this foundation, he launched NOVA Talent Group in January 2018. As Founder and CEO, Eric has successfully led NOVA through major industry challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2023 strike. Today, NOVA Talent Group continues to grow and strengthen its presence in the entertainment industry under his leadership.

Corey Wilcosky

Literary Manager

Corey is a Literary Manager with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. Having worked as a screenwriter, producer, talent assistant, and social media manager, he values the importance of having dedicated and proactive representation. Originally from Cleveland, his passion for storytelling led him to Los Angeles where he attended the American Film Institute Conservatory and received his MFA in Screenwriting. After working in social media for a number of years, he decided to return to the literary world, as collaborating with and encouraging writers has always been his true passion. Corey is profoundly excited to cultivate the talent of his literary clients, while building meaningful relationships in the process.
